Ivaturi, Ravi

I am inspired by nature and my creations with clay echo bark textures of trees, parched earth of dried river beds, mangled roots of ancient trees that have withstood the ravages of time, the wide expanse of the cosmos, the tones of the oceans and the lava ooze and craters from volcanoes. Every product is handmade and unique.  My range includes bonsai pots, cacti and succulent pots, tableware and other decorative items.  I specialise in bespoke services where I match the aesthetic of the plant to the aesthetic of the pot to create a living biome My work has rustic tones and draws from the rich diversity of nature.  I can relate to the Wabi-Sabi Japanese aesthetic which incorporates asymmetry, ruggedness, simplicity, austerity and appreciation of natural processes and products.
