Steve has been making ceramic bonsai pots for over 15 years and not until recently has started to branch out and explore other creative passions in abstract art and collage making. This process is beginning to reflect in his ceramic work which is developing as part of a BA (Hons) in Fine Art & Crafts at University Campus Doncaster.

Primarily working with a heavily grogged stoneware clay, his work reflects the nature of trees and often breaks away from the traditional parameters of what to expect from a bonsai pot.
